How much experience do I need?
It depends on the position, and each listing says. Some ask for years of marketing experience, though not necessarily in an agency. Others are open to people starting out, and the training and coaching program takes it from there. Either way, show us work you're proud of and how you think about it.
Is it really fully remote?
Yes, since day one. You work from anywhere in the Philippines. We meet in person for team buildings and client meetings.
What does above-market pay mean in practice?
Rates set above what the market pays for the position, and appraisals that keep them there. Where a position has a pay band, you'll see it on the listing.
How long does hiring take?
Applying takes about 10 minutes. The People team replies within 3 working days, and the four steps above are the whole process. The skill brief is sized to respect your time.
I applied before. Do I apply again?
